Upper Nithsdale Group Practice are looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP, both experienced and newly qualified are welcome to apply to join our growing multidisciplinary practice. We are mutually supportive and encourage personal and professional development while providing high quality patient care and also ensuring a good work/life balance in the team. Growth and development of all our staff is key to our ethos. Flexible working is welcomed. We have a wide MDT including ANPs/ Practice Nurses/ Pharmacists/ Mental Health Worker/ Community Link Worker and work/life balance is a crucial component of our model - no late nights is a practice policy! We currently have 3 GPs, 4 ANPs, Practice Nurse and a pharmacist. We are in the process of being approved as a training practice and would be keen to support further GPs interested in becoming trainers
