SALARIED GP VACANCY 6 – 8 SESSONS PER WEEK
We are a friendly, forward thinking Practice based in the lovely town of Carnoustie. We have a world famous golf course on our door step as well as a beautiful beach. We are a 20 minute drive from both Dundee and Arbroath and are close to Broughty ferry and Monifieth which both have excellent schools. We are fortunate to enjoy all that the Angus countryside has to offer with the convenience of robust local services. We have a mixed population of 13,200 patients. We currently have 10 GPs made up of 7 Partners and 3 salaried GPs. We are a training Practice dedicated to continued learning and we support ST1, ST3, FY2 and 4th and 5th year students regularly. A number of our current GP’s stayed with us after completing their training.

- We employ a Practice Pharmacist in addition to the NHS allocation

- We follow the BMA approved salaried GP contract as well as offering a competitive salary, we also pay your medical defence union fees

What we expect from you:
- You must be educated to MBChB or equivalent and fully registered with the GMC
- Have a licence to practice and hold a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent
- Have no restrictions currently on your right to practice
- Be able to drive
- Be trustworthy and have high integrity
- Be committed to offering our patients a high level of clinical service as well as empathy and respect
- Be able to supply us with 2 good references from previous GP work.
A friendly disposition and a good sense of humour are also essential.
